Late ripe, with good shelf life. From germination to technical ripeness, 95-100 days. The root crop is large, cone-shaped, with an average weight of 30-60 g, up to 20 cm long. The plant forms a large rosette of dark green leaves. Use leaves and root vegetables. The taste is high. Cold-resistant, winters well in the open ground. Resistant to fungal diseases. To get good large root vegetables, do not cut the greens during growth – this will weaken the plant. It is light-loving, but it grows well in semi-shaded places. Sown in the spring in the first half of April or in the fall in November. On a bed, grooves are made with a distance of 25 cm, and seeds are sown every 2-3 cm.
