Spicy green culture. Vegetation period 140-210 days. Root crops are large, round, white flesh. The taste is excellent and aromatically. Keeping quality root crops during winter storage is good—used fresh, dried cooking and conservation. To obtain large root crops, seedlings are sown in late February – early March. Planted in the ground with 5-6 leaves in the second half of May – early June. They are harvested twice in August, they are pulled out through one plant, at the end of September – October.
