The period from germination to technical ripeness is 90-110 days. Oval root crops, weighing 350-600 g, a third are submerged in the soil. The color of the skin of root crops in the upper part is light green, in lower yellow. The flesh is creamy yellow, tender, and sweet in taste. Commercial yield 3-6kg. In cooking, leaves and root vegetables are used in fresh and processed forms. Recommended for long-term winter storage.
