The most common variety of table beet. Mid-late, from germination to harvest 100-110 days. It forms rounded roots, very beautiful, with smooth skin and a small rosette of leaves, weighing 176-187g. The flesh is dark red and has an excellent structure and a high taste. It offers very high yields. Main purpose – long-term storage. Heat-loving culture, preferring soils rich in loamy and sandy organic soils. It is sown in April – May to a depth of 2-4 cm with a row spacing of 30 cm, harvested for storage in mid-September.
